  Dried chile tepin peppers ready to eat can be bought at any supermarket in the Phoenix and Tucson areas such as ABCO, Albertson's, Frys, Smiths, Smittys, Bashas, Safeway Southwest Supermarkets. They are found in the produce section of the store and cost about $1.50 for a 3/8 ounce packet of about 60 peppers shown below.
